Goal for Life is a sport initiative started in 2019 to advance the lives of women and girls to reach their potential in sport and life. We provide professional training for the female who were part of our employment & training program.
We help communities to get girls active in sport.
This project will provide fresh female sports and physical education graduates secure jobs after going through intensive training and internships in gyms. It will also allow International Labour Organisation to work directly with employers in the sports industry, chosen gyms, in creating gender friendly work environments and decent work conditions.
This project will prepare the participants to enter the market with solid knowledge and distinguished communication skills
